Participants with 1–2 dependent children (ages 0–7)
The program supports both individual participants and parenting young adults, with consideration for the needs of participants with dependent children.
Capacity & Placement
Apartment-based housing model
2–3 bedroom units
Shared or individual placements based on availability
Program capacity based on unit availability
Eligibility Requirements
Be eligible for Extended Foster Care (AB 12)
Be between ages 18–21
Meet at least one AB 12 participation requirement
Be willing to engage in case management
